Whilst a level of moisture content is essential, new builds are particularly susceptible to moisture retention and the accompanied damage can be catastrophic for a new build construction project. This can save substantial unneeded costs as we are able to monitor work in progress remotely utilising state of the art hydrostatic monitoring. Not all situations are suitable for remote monitoring but we can advise at the time as no two jobs are ever exactly the same.
