Hoarder cleaning services are essential in times when a property has become accumulated with large quantities of hazardous and none hazardous items which prevent the tenant or home owner from being able to casually live in their own homes day to day and complete normal required tasks for themselves without a significant difficulty in doing so.

Our sales team initially speak to you about the circumstances surrounding the build-up to the hoarder, for example; over how long this has built up, do you suffer with mental illness, do you have support with your mental health problems etc. Once they gain further information and understanding of your situation and circumstance, they will then explain the process they take cleaning and de-cluttering your home and what is involved.
Germsfree can support you with the maintenance of cleaning regularly within your home, either with paid help, i.e. weekly cleaners who visit your home going forward, or, if you’d prefer, our experienced cleaning operatives can support you with a personalised task sheet for you to follow each day, so you can keep on top of your home day to day, preventing further build up of waste and debris- FREE of charge.
When a clean-up for your home has been confirmed, our team will have already made the necessary arrangements to address your key problems within your home. On the day of the clean, our operatives are fully prepared to declutter, deep clean and remove or unwanted and unwarranted waste.
If your home has a lot of harmful body fluids such as urine or faeces, then our operatives will most likely need to remove furnishings and floorings. If floors are saturated with hazardous bodily fluids, they will completely disinfect the floor boards and dispose of layered floorings (if you agreed).
If your home is cluttered with items you have collected over a long period of time and you are reluctant to ‘get rid’, then you will need to either get someone to support you through this process on the day, or OUR advise, is to vacate your- self on the day, and allow items to be disposed of without you being present-and our operatives will of course consider the items value, sentiment and age given the information you have provided on specific items which you ultimately do not wish to be disposed.
