Our carefully selected, vetted, and professionally trained staff usually work in small teams. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We try hard to make certain that the same team work for you each time. One of our policies is that none of our team are allowed to eat, smoke or use appliances while in or around your premises.

Of course we are. As well as having current and comprehensive professional liability insurance. We also have the necessary insurance cover to carry out a wide range of specialist cleaning and remediation services. The short answer is “all the time”. As the majority of our work is specialist and by its nature is unpredictable, we work whichever times and hours that are needed by our customers. Of course, there are times when it’s busier than other but we genuinely do our best to be available when you need us.

We wish that we did have a standard answer to this question but it genuinely does vary. We will never be the most expensive company to deal with and our pricing is always reasonable and fair.

We have a wide variety of payment methods, taking every credit and debit card available in the UK, Bank Transfer, Cash in limited instances and we also offer payment through invoice by prior arrangement.

Yes, we own or have available all the specialist equipment. PPE, Materials and Consumables to effectively carry out anything that we need to do. On odd occasions, we may need to hire specialist equipment but we take care of all of that so you don’t have to be concerned.

In short, Yes. We guarantee all the work that we carry out and some work is also guaranteed by an insurance-backed guarantee dependent on the nature of the work involved. We have stayed in business this long by satisfying our customers and will do whatever is necessary to make sure that our customers are happy.

No, we deal with all that for you. Our working practices comply with all applicable Health & Safety regulations in the UK. We employ or contract to all of the teams that work with us so there is no risk of the HM’s Inland Revenue thinking that you are that individual’s employer.

We confirm in writing exactly what is and what isn’t included with every single role or contract that we carry out. There are no surprises, no hidden costs and everything s clear and transparent.

We have all the necessary qualification, accreditations or experience necessary to carry out the roles or contracts that we undertake. For example, we have a current Waste Collection Licence.

ISO 45001 is the world's international standard for occupational health and safety, issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases.

As fully trained and insured members of the National Academy of Crime Scene Cleaners (www.nacsc.co.uk) as well as being fully licensed waste carriers, we are able to safely and effectively dispose of all biohazard waste. We are registered as an upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency

SafeContractor Accredited. The SafeContractor scheme was created to showcase and ensure that a business places their employees' health and safety first. SafeContractor is an accreditation provided by Alcumus, which is a leading provider of risk management, certification and accreditation services with over 27,000 members.

Constructionline Member. Constructionline is a remote assessment of a company and that looks for the business to provide information about the company, directors, finances and areas of operation. In addition, Constructionline audits Health & safety, equal opportunities and environmental management policies, procedures and standards.

Alcumus COVID-19 secure. We have been assessed by Alcumus regarding our COVID-19 cleaning standards. This shows and proves that we provide accurate and effective cleaning procedures for customers in order to eliminate the potential of Coronavirus transmission as well as reinstating a clean and hazard-free environment when someone has tested positive for the virus.

If you need to cancel work that we have agreed then we will of course do everything that we possibly can to accommodate. Our cancellation terms are explained very specifically in the contract that we take out with you and vary enormously depending on the nature of what is involved.

Yes, our team have thorough and ongoing personal and collective training. This includes training such as Induction, Products, Machinery, Toolbox Talks, Techniques, Health and Safety, PPE, Kinetic Handling and much more.

We can often give you an estimate quickly and over the phone. Please be ready to provide us with as much information as possible. This might include: Videos, photographs or as much detail as you could possibly have available such as COSHH information.

We have the necessary skills, qualifications, expertise but most of all, the commitment to make every single job a great one. We live and breathe customer service.

Sometimes. We price fairly and if there is a large amount of work then we make certain that our prices reflect that fact. For example, if you use our services for flood cleanup and then need to have restoration work undertaken, our pricing will reflect that.

We carry out screening for all of our team based predominately on the needs of the customer. As a rule, we take out references and carry out DBS (formerly CRB) checks but many of our customers require more in-depth screening or security clearance depending of the nature of the work involved. In short, no. Retaining our team is vital to us and many of our team have been with us from the beginning. Of course, economic circumstances are tricky at the moment and we aren’t immune from that pressure.

We offer both contracted and one off services depending entirely on what is involved.
