Building Maintenance and Refurbishment (Residential Customer)

A residential customer requested us to provide them with a quotation for the following requirements: Property refurbishment; plastering, painting, decorating and joinery services.

One of the team visited, listened attentively to what the customer wanted to have done and fully assessed the work, getting a fully costed quote to the customer within a day.

The customer asked for some modifications to the quote, agreed to the price and we agreed on a timescale to carry out the work. Following another site visit, we carried out a full risk assessment including the identification of the equipment and materials that we would need to carry out the work effectively.

On the agreed start date, we arrived with a full team on-site at the time agreed and started the work, completing on time, on budget and leaving behind a delighted customer. The images of the work carried out will explain things far better than any words could possibly convey.
