We were called out at very short notice to help resolve an issue whereby their car park had become flooded and completely covered with rainwater (effectively a flash flood). Our most experienced flood water attended the site and quickly resolved the issue.

We were able to quickly identify the underlying issue which was that the sewage drainage system had become blocked over the winter, effectively stopping the free drainage of water away from the car park. We quickly unblocked the drain, allowing the rainwater to dissipate within just a couple of hours. In this instance, it was the knowledge and experience of our team that made the difference.
